Advocacy doesn’t have to be intimidating or difficult. Reach out to your local Congressman’s district office and ask for a meeting with a staffer. Familiarize yourself with current pro-life legislation at the state and federal level. When you’re meeting with a government official or staffer, share why you’re pro-life, why it matters that they vote for pro-life policies, and piece of legislation you hope they’ll support. Don’t be afraid to share a personal story.
How Jesus Redefines Your Work
Over at Made to Flourish, Collin Huber explains how Jesus transforms the way we work. He writes,
“One of the beautiful things about Jesus entering into this world is that it proves every arena of this world matters to God. If the Son can sweat in a workshop, so can we, even if our “workshop” is a cubicle, a coffee counter or a construction site. God desires faithfulness, not external metrics.”

Adopted: Understanding the Journey of Cross-Cultural Adoption
This isn’t an article, per se, but we thought you might be interested in this upcoming conference from Southeastern Seminary’s Kingdom Diversity. Here’s a description of the event:
Adoption and racial reconciliation are two pressing matters for Christians around the country. With these in mind, many Christians are open to adopting children from ethnic backgrounds different from their own. We will identify healthy and unhealthy reasons to adopt cross culturally. In addition, we will offer training and resources to increase awareness for the journey.
